• Community publication data: public username or author label, published theme data, publication identifiers, publication/update timestamps, official author badge metadata when applicable, aggregate addition counts, and last addition timestamp;
• subscription/billing data: subscription status information and payment metadata processed by specialized providers;
• technical and security data: request metadata, error logs, authentication logs, fraud/abuse prevention signals, and essential operational events.

• the extension runs content scripts only on supported Notion web domains: https://www.notion.so, https://notion.so, https://app.notion.so, and https://app.notion.com;
• the extension may read page structure and style information locally in the browser to apply themes, find Notion UI surfaces, and display the MyThemePalette interface;
• MyThemePalette does not intentionally collect, store, or transmit Notion page content, workspace content, browsing history, clipboard data, passwords, authentication cookies, or unrelated website data.

• apply visual themes and preferences on supported Notion web pages;
• enable sign-in and account access;
• save, sync, restore, import, export, and manage themes/preferences;
• allow users to publish, list, update, remove, import, and add themes through the Community feature;
